- Company & Applicant Data Update: 26th January, 2026 to 10th February, 2026.
- Interview Completion: 12th February, 2026
- Document Submission to PSEB by: 18th February, 2026
- Batch Start Date: 20th February, 2026
- Joining Grace Period: 5 days after start date
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPANY
1. Company Eligibility & Introduction
To participate in the Apprenticeship Program under Revamping IT Industry Landscape, the organization must be:
- Registered with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) is mandatory.
- Priority will be given to the exporting companies listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
- An IT or IT-enabled Services (ITES).
2. Document Requirements
- Have valid registration credentials and an active profile to upload.
- Audit reports/Tax returns for the last two years are accepted (fresh documents required every year)
- Audit reports/Tax returns for 2023-24 are acceptable for CFY 2025-26 (documents older than 2 years will not be accepted)
- Enter local or export revenue evidence to avail maximum Apprentices Quota

* Organizations from Baluchistan, GB, AJK and erstwhile FATA may be allowed up to 5 apprentices / interns on showing annual revenue of Rs. 2 million.
* Organizations must certify that the revenue is evidence-based and correctly entered, and also upload proof on the portal. This may be requested by PSEB for verification.
Download the agreement/ToRs in PDF format and upload to the portal after stamping and signing on the company's letterhead OR legal stamp paper, and submit to PSEB for approval.
3. Shortlisting of Candidates
- Company may start shortlisting of candidates once approved by PSEB.
- Candidates may be sorted based on their desired interested field of expertise (multiple selections) and cities/areas (multiple selections).
- Invite the candidates through portal by proving suitable time and also confirm telephonically to bring following documents (required photocopies must be attested by a Government Gazetted Officer BPS-17 or above) for the test and interview:
- Passport size Official photograph (with blue or white background)
- Original CNIC (with attested photocopy)
- Original IT-related transcript (16 years of education) completed within the last 2 years, with a minimum 2.5 CGPA (with attested photocopy) OR an original letter from the university mentioning the IT-related degree, year of passing, and CGPA, if the degree is completed and the result is awaited.
- Original Domicile (with attested photocopy).
- Candidates must have a bank account IBAN in their own name from commercial banks only (excluding microfinance banks/wallet apps e.g., JazzCash/Easypaisa, etc.). Upload of a scanned cheque or the first page of a bank statement photocopy showing IBAN is mandatory (if not available, the candidate must open an account and upload to the portal within one week of joining).
Note: At this stage, before the interview, the company must verify that all information entered on the candidate's profile is correct as per the original documents and that the same documents are uploaded on the portal correctly.
4. Recommendation & Joining of Candidates for Apprenticeship
- Once all information is verified on the portal against original documents and attested photocopies of required mandatory documents are provided by the candidate, the company shall conduct:
- Technical Assessment: Basic test to assess fundamental IT skills.
- Interview: Assessment of soft skills, motivation, and career goals.
At same time company will send an Offer to Join Apprenticeship through the portal only to those candidates who have provided attested photocopies of the mentioned documents and followed all procedures.
Once candidate accept the offer to join within 24 hours, a welcome email will be received by Candidate to join on given date. The “Joined Apprenticeship” option will be available to the company on the batch commencement date for five (05) days during which candidates must join. Failure to join after acceptance will automatically drop the candidate from the program.
Once candidate joined within five (05) days of the batch start, the candidate’s agreement/ToRs of Candidate will be available to download in PDF format, which is required to be uploaded on the portal after stamping and signing on company’s letterhead OR legal stamp-paper, and the same must also be submitted to PSEB through courier.
Note: All attested documents and the apprentice's agreement shall be sent in original hard copy form by the company to PSEB within 15 days of the batch start at the following address:
